What we actually do
We diagnose, repair, replace, and install HVAC systems (AC, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, package units), plumbing (leaks, drains, water heaters, tankless, recirculation, pressure, slab leaks), and electrical work (repairs, panel upgrades, EV chargers, dedicated circuits, whole-home rewiring) across Los Angeles County.
The same dispatcher takes the call no matter which trade you ask about, and the technician arriving has access to the whole-home picture — not just the failed component in front of them.
Why we coordinate across trades
A heat pump conversion depends on the panel. A tankless water heater can depend on gas sizing, venting, and condensate routing. An EV charger needs a load calculation that includes the AC, the dryer, and the next planned appliance. Treating those as three separate vendor conversations is how LA homeowners end up paying twice and still not getting the right result.
We work the way the house actually works: as a system.
Where we work
Los Angeles County, with focused service across the Westside, San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, Eastside neighborhoods, the South Bay coast, the central core and downtown high-rises, and the canyon corridors. We are based in Los Angeles and dispatched 24 hours with same-day diagnostics on most weekdays and Saturdays.
Coastal corrosion in Manhattan Beach is not the same problem as Valley AC runtime in Encino. Hillside access in Silver Lake is not the same as condo logistics in Westwood. Our service-area pages document those differences, and our technicians are briefed on them before arrival.
How we write estimates
Every quote names the confirmed cause, the recommended scope, the related-trade risks, the permit path if required, and what we are intentionally not doing. We would rather lose a job on transparency than win one on vagueness.
You can compare us to other estimates line by line. If a competitor is dramatically cheaper, ask them what they excluded — that is usually where the difference lives.
Credentials and accountability
Licensed, Bonded & Insured — California Contractors State License Board. California Contractors State License Board oversight on all permitted work. Bonded, insured, and W-2 (not 1099) field technicians so the same person who diagnosed the problem comes back for warranty work.
Public reviews on this site are tied to specific service calls and named LA neighborhoods. We do not use generic five-star testimonials and we do not solicit reviews before the homeowner has seen the final result.
Our position on electrification
We are heat-pump-friendly, EV-charger-friendly, and induction-cooking-friendly. We are also realistic about when a gas furnace repair or a tank water heater replacement is the right answer for a specific home. The 2025 California Energy Code matters, and so does what a particular property can actually support without bad compromises.
If you are planning multiple electrification projects, ask us for a staged plan rather than a series of disconnected estimates. We will write down the sequence and the dependencies.
